Powertrain Warranty on Every Vehicle Sold*
We stand behind the powertrain on every vehicle we sell. Our warranty covers the internal lubricated components of the Engine and the Transmission (this means you are covered against catastrophic engine failure, and catastrophic transmission failure). It is a 50/50 warranty, meaning if the vehicle needs repair, Matt Hagen Motors, LLC and the owner of the vehicle will split the cost of the repair half and half. Check engine lights, belt driven accessories, electrical and computer components are not covered under this warranty. Matt Hagen Motors, LLC is not responsible for driver's negligence. In other words: If the temperature light comes on, don't keep driving! If the oil pressure light comes on, don't keep driving! Offroading, racing, and acts of God void this warranty. In the event of needed covered repairs, Matt Hagen Motors, LLC will choose the repair shop where the repairs will be made. Matt Hagen Motors, LLC will not reimburse owners for repairs completed without notification and authorization. There are guidelines for the terms of the warranty based upon the year and the odometer reading of the vehicle. Factory warranties supersede dealer warranty. Sorry... Classic cars (25 years old and older) are not required to pass State Emission Inspection and will be sold AS IS.
